    yes Mike, good luck to your father with that, I guess its a matter of the need for legislation, in an area that I think should remain a choice...

    My Dads nearing 90, remains fit & in his family castle, ah I mean home, & typically, the only way he's going out of it is probably feet first...lol

    there is a case involving elderly health, & well being, but just like a lot of issues, i question the need to make laws compelling this...
