Mike....no there is no transfer of any costs involved in this, you are (Im afraid ) misguided...
you have to look at the root cause/(s) for the absurd price of Aussie housing..., & its not a pensioner who worked for 60 years in australia to have a modest home , which he and I will rightfully defend to the 99th degree...
I am sure i can give you 5 key reasons why "the young" cannot get a house (where they want to buy it)
but stay tuned...the correction is coming like a massive tidal wave, lets hope not to many are casualties & sanity, reality prevail soon
