As you say, big wheels turn slowly. AP copped some bad publicity about their parcel service over xmas. Seems like they underestimated the parcel violumes and were caught with their pants down.

AP are on record as saying that they see the parcel lockers as their solution to the increasing volumes and changing public behaviours (more people at work, less time to visit the post office, the need for a 24h solution).

It is about 11 months to xmas 2012. How long is a nationwide rollout going to take? Seems like they are going to have to make a decision one way or t'other sooner rather than later.
