Plan B, was the question put to Cottee, if the SoA was to fail, what were the company plans ? ... simple as that.

It was a question from other share holders, not just New Direction.

So, Cottee in hindsight is lucky how the cards fell and allowed him to stay in power.

From what has been stated , if the $2Billion gas non disclosure, had been announced prior to the 249 meeting, Cottee and BOD , IMO, would not have been allowed to remain in office and then Cottee and BOD themselves would have needed a Plan B.

Your assertion that ND would revert back to just exploration, does not make sense to me, as the main deliverer of share holder value will be, hopefully, when the NGP and GSA's are happening, so cannot see JH and Co. changing the gas plan.
