You beat me to the punch regarding an explanation about the Plan A and Plan B references.
I fully agree with your statement about that.
However, I am not sure of your take on LVR used by MB and how that will affect SH in CTP?
My greatest fear of MB is that they can effect a full T/O by stealth if they manage to get a greater holding of the share base by means of a RI or a SPP or simply getting a greater equity holding.
I would trust the BOD has a plan to pay down the MB loans and free us of their continual menace.
IMHO.
