"...when you are on the cusp of success I see no reason to deviate from that................" or words to that effect!!
And apparently there was no plan B, is no plan B, never was a plan B and the only plan is to continue on the current path etc etc (& create shareholder value!!!!)

So I gather from all of this that the SOA proposal was simply a plan to continue on with current direction which would make CTP a success, ...... - just without those annoying small share holders??
Have I got that right?

(Or maybe it was all just a dream...................)
