Ex-holder: if it is any help, my experience elsewhere with MACB is that you do not want them "helping" you out.
Helping themselves is more likely.
The takeaway for SH is that if MACB want to help, you should consider that as a good house keeping seal of approval that money can be made - there is money in the future.
Just my opinion because it depends on managing through whatever cash flow/finance issues are burning the house down and if they can be solved another way.
