Agree Ravi, one has to question the motives of CB and ND. I would have thought making changes to the board would be number one priority. However, it appears ND consider OptionCo a bigger threat to the current board which is I guess, a backhanded compliment to OptionCo.
The fact still remains that OptionCo is the only alternative in the game. ND is not! CB/ND is simply trying to use smoke and mirrors to ingratiate shareholders away from OptionCo and towards ND but all they are doing is strengthening the current board's chance of staying in power. It's a bit like if I can't win then I'm going to stop you winning too! Their strategy for change is flawed. The current board must be loving this because it's more votes for them?
