Our Directors it seems do not understand how many concerned shareholders MOT has.

We are headed to over 12months with no revenue, no projects, 249D, and litigation to take place in 3rd quarter of 2013. All of this information is available in the public arena.

It is now 20th December and no notice of meeting and proxy form in the mail. Some will be lucky to receive by Xmas.

There has been too much smoke and mirrors within this company for far too long, we now have an opportunity to have a say in how OUR company is to progress.

Put the right people on the board, get it back to producing revenue, and if necessary hold this board and others personally responsible for what they have done to our investment.

Shareholders do own the company it is time to stand up and be counted before it is too late. Do not give away OUR company to a select few for the princely sum of $300,000.00. (we are all equal wether small or large holders).
