Another accident involving a senior driver on our roads who shouldn't be there. This innocent child is now dead, and her sister seriously injured by a out of control car in a shopping centre car park, witnessed by their mother. When will govts enforce a"right to rights" approach to this ridiculous scenario of 80 and 90 year olds on our roads! IMO driving a car is not a right, and most people over the age of 75 do not have the faculties and response awareness to safely control a motor vehicle. RIP Indie
