Jant what are you on about, nobody has suggested banning any group from driving. My gripe is that it's way too easy for oldies to keep driving when they're clearly beyond it. More frequent testing is essential imo, yearly, plus the current medical tick. The stats are there, they are a danger, and growing as we age. Rights to drive need to be earned.
Can you imagine what it would be like if limitations aren't placed on people when the flying cars are out there? You'd have granny Pic buzzing about in her drone 10 feet above the roof tops, blue hair blowing in the breeze!
The carnage left behind her wouldn't be pretty.
