No I've never said to ban any group, I can't speak for other posters views. Just tougher testing.
It's not one incident, it's many, and they're becoming more prevalent. Thats backed up by stats.
I'm sure I've heard of at least 3 incidents in the past 2 weeks where the accelerator has been mistaken for the brake and another shop front hit. This latest one involving a 6 year old I think should begin the debate and end this rubbish that it's peoples rights.
