Force all young people to spend a couple of years riding a motorbike before they're allowed to move up to a car licence and we'd massively reduce the number of car accidents on our roads. Riding on the road forces you to become ultra defensive. Of course the number of deaths would probably increase due to them crashing bikes but our roads would be much safer for everyone else
