Jant there will always be road deaths due to hooning, speed and driving under influence of whatever, and just plain bad luck. Banning p platers is obviously not an option, but identifying a high risk group and enforcing more tests etc is.
This woman who killed Indie clearly shouldn't have been in control of a car. I know whenever I see a car driven by blue hair I stay clear.
