    Another Appendix 3B has been announced. This time 8 million shares issued at 4c.

    Since this money is being raised to cover operational expenditure (as opposed to a capital raising) I predict the FAS share price falling to 2c before Easter.

    It is probably why the Chairman has suddenly announced he is resigning.
