    First I Have heard of this im sure there has been an announcement by FAS

    Western Gold issuing shares to anyone holding GWR at a rate of 0.2707 for 1

    FAS holding- 23,297,958

    NEW WG shares at ratio 0.2707 for 1 = 6,306,757

    with opening value of 20c = $1,261,351

    not a bad little investment think it was worthy of an announcement.
