    Kevin absolutely things look very grim on this one "unfortunately".

    Thankfully and luckily for me this year is shaping to up to out profit all of the last 5yrs and its only the start of Feb. The tax office is going to be sending me birthday and Christmas cards if this keeps going till June 30th.
