I read a fairy tale and it goes like this. Someone bought a lot of low price shares one day, 2 days later there was a big announcement and the share price skyrocketed. 1 week later market announement says, Director buys substantial amount of shares 2 days before big announcement. Director says they did not have any idea that the company was going to have market sensitive infomation.
Yep I have a wild imagination!!!!!
