Hi folks
It seems Simple - when a well is shut in pressure is meant to build up . Because it hasn't it may cast doubt on the long term productive capacity of these wells which in turn puts question market on the economics . This ofcourse suggests a lot more drilling which is required to enhance knowledge - for ICN ( unlike BPT and Chevron ) this means more capital through equity raisings . This dilutes future value and given ICNs market cap and likely capital needs ( full contribution from now !) it reduced future potential appreciation .

The danger is that as a CR becomes more likely some sell in anticipation causing the CR to occur at Lower prices
Simple suggestion that the SP reaction to the news may infact be very appropriate and not a crazy market, or a manipulated market as some suggest
