I'm wondering since ATP-855P is a Joint Venture between Beach and Icon, in what way can Chevron to take over and Assume Control of the project since there is 2 different companies that have interest in the same project?
In what manner would proceedings like this work? I've been following the posts and info for a while but I'm not too clued up.
