"Look, I welcome change but it's really a case of "the customer is always right". It appears HC has realised this. At least it has shown the flexibility to go back to a winning formula. The new site was hi-tech & flash but in the end, I want to spend the minimum time reading posts. Time is a very precious thing.
Maybe a bit more planning & customer survey is required before a radical change.
