Agree the new site needs time to iron out the bugs and fine turn it. Dont right it off.
It reminds me of a Federal Government IT upgade. Sub contract it out to someone who doesnt use it, cheapest quote preferred, never consult the end user, and roll it out ready or not to collect the Ii fives from the guys with no idea.
The difference here though is management listened to their people.
