Honestly HC, what were you thinking!! You completely missed the basics in terms of functionality. Soooo many mouse clicks to just navigate and search with the new site. Also smaller sized icons and an additional screen to log-on. The old site, allowed the user to see the latest posts within a stock without having to click into each forum to find the latest post. The old site was just a no brainer for the young, old and inexperienced.
Don't ever remember seeing any feedback questioners regarding customer satisfaction & improvements. If not, could have saved HC a lot of time and money.
