I have been using HotCopper for 15 years or more, as of three or so days ago I have been unable to access Old HotCopper. When this has happened previously, I have been able to scroll to the foot of the web page and click on Old HotCopper, but it is not there. I have tried logging out and note that the Old HotCopper returns to the foot of the page, however when I click on it, a message tells me that I have to be logged in before I can access Old HotCopper. So, I log in, click the Old HotCopper at the foot of the page but it reverts to the new HotCopper.
I have contacted the HotCopper support team, but after two days I am no better off. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
