I'm a holder of EVO which is the new venture of GEM's old MD and was looking for a bit of insight about the guy.
This following statement was posted on the EVO thread about Chris Scott and was wondering if you guys could elaborate further.
" Through low quality acquisitive growth, when the acquisitions dried up the company was left in a mess operationally and with too much debt; and look where it now trades, a far cry from $5. They also agreed a dodgy deal on $150m of greenfields which are still loss making 3 years in."
Any info would be very much appreciated.
