Gilead are DEVELOPING a combination (two products, sofosubivir and ledipasvir) pill which is to undergo further trials. They do not have a cocktail.

The current "cocktail" is the triple therapy I mentioned. It is not Gilead's. Only one of the product is theirs.

I am testament to the fact that the current SOC is very difficult to adhere to and has a high relapse rate.

Benitec's potential one shot cure and Gilead's potential eight week regime are in fact a few years away from proof and approval.

The current standard of care is being shunned by all and sundry. My doctor will not advise anyone to take it on .
