As I've commented previously, the compliance issue is a significant one.
If I were prescribing Gilead's cocktail it would be mandatory for patients to attend clinic on a daily basis, 7 days a week, and for them to take the pills under close supervision, as I doubt if even Gilead know how efficacious their concoction might be if some doses are missed. This is a key issue imo, given the cost of the stuff; much much more expensive than the same weight of gold. Whereas, with TT-034, it's one flick, and they're gone - lets hope so anyway.
