Actually, isn't the NAL device used for injecting solid substances (a small pellet) into the epidermal layer only? I can't recall reading anything about injecting liquids - but I might be wrong...
Also, there was something about being able to accurately predict the depth of an injection, however again, nothing about liquids?
If you want to pooh-pooh UNI, there's plenty of other ways to approach it.
