18 months ago RM himself at the EGM said that he expected that SMM would apply. Those thinking that SMM are out of the picture are ignoring the opinion for RM himself. This is not new news.
As stated many time before, it largely comes down to landowner support, here AVQ has the advantage seemingly.
Who knows, a third world roll of the dice at the best though!
