15. ASIC to file by 17 June 2014 any evidence on which it seeks to rely in support of its claim for Public Interest Immunity in respect of the documents produced by ASIC on 4 June 2014 in a sealed envelope.
16. The Applicants to file any Brief objecting to ASIC's claims for Public Interest Immunity by 24 June 2014.
17. ASIC to file any Brief in Reply by 1 July 2014.
18. The hearing of the Public Interest Immunity claim argument to be listed for 9:30 am on 10 July 2014.
