Not only are Pirate Pete's ships individually on the high turbulent sea in a circular whirlpool but the limited bounty is being thrown between the fleet's ships.

This is a very common phenomena in booms/busts where the fleet's bounty disolves to nothing and the entire fleet disappears into the vortex which typically occurs soon after one of the ships goes under and pulls the rest with it.

To that end, I wonder which of Pirate Pete's fleet will cause the vortex to smash open - I would say in order CCC, RMP, RRS, NKP, OPL, and TPT - it is very difficult to prioratise such a super high risk fleet heading towards the www.delisted.com.au vortex.
