    I don't know how listing process works but I have bought RRL on the ASX and RRS or the AIM (and I have - from Canda). Shares are shares I believe although many seem to think that RMP will issue shares when they list on the AIM, that is issue more shares and of course collect the proceeds, similar to a private placement.
