So barg how did you get on with your research. Kids are looking for the abracadabra in those stories so that the magic can take over when Winnie waves her wand. Always a happy ending with both Winnie and Wilbur happily sharing their domestic bliss. Kinda like a moral but not quite. Some kids who are shown book 1 ask why once the black house becomes coloured, there is a change in the picture of the rooms displayed. Oops. Artist licence I guess......
