Chuk, your calculations for cost turned out to be pretty close. Good effort.
I think there are reasons for considered pessimism and optimism. Firstly, costs and difficulties are always bigger than expected, so there's a risk issue. However the cash cost is sufficiently low as modelled that even a factor of 50% blowout in cost per ounce would be survivable.
