Allday, yes ABU still need to meet the minimum annual expenditure requirements of their other tenements, to the NT government (department of resources). However these costs would not be that high compared to their total annual exploration spend (plus some exemptions could be gained for high OP tenement spends). I mentioned this point in another post "keep tenements in good standing".
