Hi Rb,

I did speak to Joe for the first time today and I must say he is a positive guy. A few things were discussed but as you would expect he would not be letting any market sensitive info out.

My main worry was in respect to the recent patent matter involving them which seemed to be less of a concern from xTV's point of view so that put my mind at rest.


Like yourself I am awaiting the next quarterly and every monthly network update to see how they are tracking. I have been in since before day one with xTV and am still hanging in there with shares/options.
