I have been concerned about this since last year when a 84 yr old froze on the accelerator & killed my grandmother age about 90. since then i have changed my employment and now work out of nelson bay in NSW ... the retirement capital of the coast ?? or some call it gods waiting room ... there is rarely a day in the bay when I don't see a crash or nearly get one of my staff run over by someone as they go to collect the mail ... I think periodical testing from 65 yrs up has some merit
