Looks like Oliver´s has turned off the review feature on facebook. I think that was a good decision. Customers, who were dissatisfied with their ordered food or service, can also write a short mail to the customer service to get a personal compensation or apology. In the interest of the company, such processes should not take place in the public, because these are often individual cases and make a bad impression on potential customers. I took a look at customer comments (posts on the FB Page) from Mc Donalds Deutschland, Subway and Burger King. Most are negative and not even constructive criticism. Tastes are known to be different, so everyone should get a personal impression. On Instagram, the situation is much better, as many satisfied customers share their experiences with a photo, which is often shared in the IG story of OLI.
By the way, all off the large Fast Food Companies have disabled the review feature on their facebook pages.
