Hell of an opportunity , get all of the systems that OLI has put in place , the deep management expertise to oversee it that the vaunted management can offer and that great advertising
However I am guessing a franchisee would have to pay 8% of the revenue in royalties and if an independent QSR only makes 10% profit margin that would leave only 2% to the owner , so maybe I would give it a miss and just rather buy an independent cafe with 1/5th the revenue and make just as much profit without the extra staff worries of a big cafe and the extra capital cost needed for buying a bigger cafe .
Maybe clarevale bought it , he sees really switched on !
