Salim Group, the only other bidder mentioned, apart from SMR, in the second round of bidding by the AFR, today are trying to take over RXM for 400 mil ish and w a 800 mil ish capex spend (using 2022 numbers I believe), so min 1.2 billion committed.
I found no clarification if the price discussed in AFR is in US or AUD.
