I would have liked to have made it to the court as it would have been entertaining (I'm not a shareholder).
I'm amazed that ASX and ASIC are doing nothing here. Maybe they need a bigger shake?
Quarterly out today, but ASX site has crashed. I agree, the admin charges could be pretty exorbitant.
Not that other shareholders can do anything sadly. I'm informed the four trusts that have a massive amount of the stock are either controlled by Mr Ailakis, family members or proxies.
Run for the hills.
