Gunn has been here done that, several times now. The results have always been the same. Lessons learned? Not much sign of that happening before,why this time?
The business doesnt have the luxury of 12 months to see if the problem can be solved. Probability says it wont with this leadership. Time to cut to the chase and sweep through the leadership. Great product,great idea, time for someone else to execute it.
