And I thought gunny had already done an amazing job of 'restructuring' when he 'returned' (after not really be away much)??? All those costs reduced,spending under control blah blah blah. Are we now saying that wasn't true and we now actually have to restructure (i.e. do the job properly). What more restructuring is possible after such a wonderful job on his return? Re-use teabags? Spend more money on a new point-of-sale system. Create some new products (all that extra cost for r&d,supply chain,advertising etc etc). Yeh this is all making perfect sense..
