Too true,it's all a bit late now. Looking back through the CEO's address to shareholders,nowhere is there any reference to HOW they are going to increase top line, other than introducing a pos that has a good analytics module and adding a few new products to the menu! Who is going to buy these products that we can then analyse? The same (shrinking) group of customers they already have. Nowhere in that 'strategy' is there an attempt to grow the market. Shockingly bad.
