Looks like Michael Gregg is heavily involved in IT, media, and telecommunications. He has a 4% in Wisetech Global Limited (WTD) which has a market cap of $9B, so Michael holds ~$360M in that alone.

Gelba are heavily involved in the food industry.

My guess is that Martin Green at Gelba convinced Michael to invest in Oliver's - a decision that Michael is probably regretting, but only loosing a couple of million in the gamble isn't going to ruffle his feathers too much - unlike the mum and dad investors that put what little savings they could afford and will loose it all.
