In the interview with AK, JG says that the cfo was recommended by the Chairman and that he had problems with communication with the cfo and that he found his English skills to be not very good.
In the next sentence he then said that the cfo made a presentation to the board that was wholly convincing.
It seems fairly obvious from JGs testimony that the cfo’s communication skills were acceptable to the entire board, including a CPA accountant, but not to JG.
