I wonder if JG is waiting on the sidelines for the inevitable appointment of administrators, at which time he can lob in with a DOCA proposal to get the company back, without the unsecured creditors, the bad leases and possibly some of the debt?
Whatever happens, I feel bad for current shareholders because they will almost certainly be wiped out.
