hey uncle, OLI started off with organic pies (Byron bay) and coffee. It sorta didn’t work and debt became an issue...sell some equity (franchise) for debt relief.

But then the franchise was taking the profits so raise capital to buy out the franchise and reclaim cash flow.

But but raising capital cost so much $ so let’s just build the pie, more outlets more food more $$

But but but owners of capital also want their piece of pie

The only way out of this mess is for owners of capital to take a haircut convert their $ to cents and reminisce on the good old days.
