I once got a thumbs up re an olive and olive oil producer called Goora Madda. I have ordered from them again. Wow! Well, there Kalamata Olives sure are beautiful (they keep winning medals for them, too). When one reads about the nutritional value of olives and their oil, and the Mediterranean diet, I think well why not in this cold weather? So, I set aside a number of olives each day, pour some of their Classic Extra Virgin olive oil over them, and each them every day. Great comfort food and reduces the need for eating junk food, that is for sure. Oh, I also have several other types of olives from this company too.
