Because I’m researching to try figure out what others see as a positive. Sorry but basing a buy on peers in different markets is a terrible strategy according to pretty much any investor with a brain.

I highlighted downturn in revenue, increase in expenses, and the high possibility of near term capital raising over and above the IPO. From where I’m standing this company is failing big time and can’t see the IPO being a success by any measure. Unless of course someone could point out anything about THIS company that is compelling?
